¼ cup butter
dash of salt
1 3oz package cream cheese
1 box of 10x powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
few drops of yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, cream cheese, salt, ½ box of powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon rind. Add rest of powdered sugar and combining with light cream, if needed. Beat until creamy. Finally, mix in a few drops of yellow food coloring.
