4 1/2 lbs Pork Boneless Ribs
3 cups water

1 cup chili sauce
3/4 cup grape jelly
1 tbsp & 1 1/2 tsp dry red wine
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 4 1/2 lbs pork ribs in 3 cups water in glass square pan in oven for 1 hour

In sauce pan mix chili sauce, jelly, wine and mustard. Bring to boil stirring constantly

Remove ribs from oven and drain. Pour bar-b-que sauce over ribs in 9 x 13 glass square pan. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 300º.

Allow to cool before serving
