2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup marg
1 cup coffee
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting:
1/2 cup marg
2 Tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
OR
the same with no cocoa
1 cup more icing sugar
3 tsp mint flavoring
4 drops green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine flour and sugar. In microwave combine marg, coffee & cocoa. Heat to boil. Pour boiling mix over flour mix. Add remaining ingred. Mix well & pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 20 min.
For frosting, in microwave combine 1st 3 ingred to boiling. Beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over brownies when brownies are warm but not hot.
