1/2 cup marg, softened
1/2 cup oil
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk (or 1/2 c milk with 1 Tbsp vinegar)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups zucchini, shredded
1 cup choc chips

Cream marg, oil, sugar. Add eggs and buttermilk. Add dry ingred. Add zucchini. Stir in choc chips. Bake at 325º for 35 min.
