2 pounds ground round
1/4 lb crackers (ground up with #1 attachment of the salad-master food processor)
1 med potato (ground up w #1)
1 small carrot (ground up w #1)
1 stem celery (ground up with # 1)
1/2 onion (med) ground up with #2)
2 eggs
1/2 bottle soy sauce

Garnish
1/2 onion (ground up with #2)
2 stems of celery (ground up with # 1 or #2
1/2 bottle soy sauce
1/2 bottle water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first ingredients. Form into a loaf and place in baking loaf pan. Pour half the garnish over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish periodically with the rest.
