1 2 lb bag frozen shredded or hash brown potatoes(Oreida)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers or crushed potato chips
1 stick of butter, melted
Garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sour cram and the soups(undiluted) together. Add about 1 tbso of garlic salt.
Crush the ritz crackers and mix with the melted butter.
Grease 13x9 pan with butter.
Layer 1/2 of potatoes into pan. Spread 1/2 of the soup/sour cream mixture evenly over top.
Repeat.
Spread cracker mixture over top.
Bake at 350º for 45 to 60 minutesº

May use potatoes frozen to do ahead. Refrigerate.
Or may thaw potatoes in unopened bag until ready to use
