Soothing Epsom Salt Foot Soak

This is an excellent remedy for tired, sore, or aching feet.

Ingredients:

2 cups of Epsom salts
25 drops of Magi-Complex
Glass jar with lid

Directions:

Add essential oils to the Epsom salts and combine well.
Seal mixture in a jar or other glass container (a mason jar works well).
Allow to sit overnight or longer for the scent to absorb into the salt.

Use & Precautions

Dissolve 1/4 cup of scented salts into a basin of warm water large enough fit your feet.
Soak feet for at least 20 minutes.
May stain very light colored plastic containers.

Healing Aloe Vera Oil

Ingredients:

½ cup pure aloe vera gel (either from a bottle or from a plant)
½ cup organic coconut oil
5-10 drops of Magi Complex
Glass jar with lid for storing oil

Directions:

Measure aloe vera and coconut oil into a small to medium saucepan.
Add essential oil and stir well.
Place pan over low heat on a burner and heat mixture for approximately 10 minutes while stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Pour into a glass container with a lid for storing.
Oil will keep for 2 weeks in a cool, dark cupboard or can be placed in the refrigerator.

Use & Precautions:

Gently massage into sore, irritated or inflamed areas on the body.
Always test for allergies or sensitivity to any new product by applying to a small area first such as inside of wrist or forearm and watching for signs of a reaction (redness, itchiness, etc).
Be cautious as may stain light-colored fabrics.

Royal Whipped Body Butter

Ingredients:

1 cup organic coconut oil (solid, not liquid)
10-20 drops Magi-Complex essential oil blend (use more or less to preference)

Directions:

Place coconut oil in mixing bowl. Add 5-10 drops of essential oils to start. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, start whipping the coconut oil/essential oils combination on low speed until combined.
Place a small amount on the back of your hand to test for fragrance intensity. Add more drops if desired (more recommended if using for therapeutic purposes).
Continue mixing on increasingly higher speeds until the body butter reaches the consistency of whipped cream or a very light frosting (can take up to 10 minutes if the oil was very hard to begin with).
Use a clean spoon to scoop the body butter into clean jars and cover with a lid.

Use & Precautions:

Store extra jars in a cool dark cupboard. The body butter should keep well for at least a couple of months. However, if you see any signs of spoilage, please discard immediately.
Before first use, do a test on the inside of wrist or forearm and watch for any signs of a reaction. If all is well, use as you would any body lotion or body butter.
Body butter may seem a bit greasy when you first apply it, but the oils will soak into your skin quickly.
Be cautious if wearing light-colored clothing that the body butter doesn’t stain.
