3 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Dark Karo Syrup
3/4 cup Milk (use 1/2 canned milk)
2 tsp butter
1 tsp.vanilla
1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside Vanilla and Walnuts. The rest bring to a boil on top of the stove. Boil until you
get to soft ball stage. Take off flame and add vanilla. DON NOT STIR. Let cool then add nuts and pour into a buttered dish. Cut into squares.

Grandma Wilson always made this fudge in a cast iron frying pan. I was allergic to chocolate and
she took pity on me at Christmas time when everyone was eating chocolate fudge she would make this candy for me to eat.
