Fresh carrots
1 shallot chopped
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Filtered guality water

2 handfuls fresh beans with ends chopped off
2 carrots chopped
1 shallot chopped into small pieces
Put water into bottom of steaming pot with lid
Insert steaming basket
Add beans, carrot and shallot
Salt and pepper mixture
Steam 7 mins
Serve
