1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup evaporated milk
60 caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup semi sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, nuts, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Press half of mix into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 8 minutes. In top of double boiler, melt caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. When melted, pour over baked layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Pour remaining batter over morsels. Bake in oven for 18 minutes. Cool before cutting into squares.
