1 SMALL HEAD LETTUCE, FINELY SHREDDED
1/2 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1/2 C. CHOPPED GREEN ONION - OPTIONAL
1 10 OZ. PACKAGE FROZEN BABY GREEN PEAS
8 HARD BOILED EGGS, SLICED
1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 TBSP. SUGAR
6 OZ. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
8 STRIPS CRISPLY FRIED BACON, DRAINED AND CRUMBLED

ARRANGE LETTUCE EVENLY IN BOTTOM OF 9X13" PAN. SPRINKLE CELERY ON TOP OF LETTUCE, FOLLOWED BY GREEN PEPPER, ONIONS AND PEAS. EVENLY DISTRIBUTE EGGS ON TOP. MIX MAYONNAISE AND SOUR CREAM UNTIL SMOOTH AND SPREAD EVENLY OVER THE EGGS. DO NOT MIX THE SALAD. SPRINKLE TOP WITH CHEESE AND BACON. COVER SALAD WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE. WILL KEEP 2 OR 3 DAYS IF KEPT COLD AND COVERED.
