2 cups Splenda Granular
1 cup light brown sugar
6 tbs dark rum
6 tbs water
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 cinnamon sticks
½ cup raisins

For Syrup: In a small saucepan, mix first 6 ingredients and heat over medium heat, stirring often. Reduce to simmer until desired consistency and add raisins.
 

Banana Pecan Waffles

2 ½ cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup Splenda Granular
¼ cup chopped pecans
3 large eggs
2 ¼ cups buttermilk
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 ripe bananas, peeled and mashed

For Waffles: In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix with blender until well blended. Pour onto hot waffle iron.
