3 pieces good bread crumbled
1 6.5 oz can minced clams
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (opt.)
1/8 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
Vermouth (opt.)
clam shells
parsley minced
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain clams saving juice.
Mix bread through garlic clove. Add enough dry Vermouth and/or clam juice so mixture sticks together. Put in clam shells. Sprinkle parsley on top for color. Top with 1/4 strip of bacon per clam shell. Bake at 350º F. about 25-30 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
