8 oz. softened cream cheese
1-2 cups grated Cabot sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream.
Sprinkle Old Bay to taste
2 Lbs Blue Crab claw meat
16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream.
Gently fold in crab meat
Spread into lightly greased 1 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle lightly with old bay and cover generously with mozzarella
Bake 350' for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with fresh Italian bread or crackers
