1 lb. sausage
1 can of flaky Grand jr© biscuits
1 8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
A hand full of cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º
Cook sausage and drain grease.
Mix together the cooked sausage, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Divide each flaky biscuit into thirds making three small biscuit pieces.
Put one biscuit piece in each muffin cup of a mini muffin pan.
Fill each biscuit with a spoonful of the sausage mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes or according to the biscuit package instructions.

When Stephanie first made these for us she used flakey honey biscuits. So yummy, and although this recipe makes 24 mini muffins there are never any leftovers.
