2 - 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach
6 oz of bacon bits from jar
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch package
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream
Package of large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain spinach really well to get as much moisture out as possible
Mix all ingredients together and spread on large flour tortilla
Roll up tightly, wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours, if possible.
Slice into one inch slices when ready to use

These can be made up to 2-3 days ahead.
