5 tablespoon of flour
4 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoon of milk
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 egg
3 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon baking power
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Cream ingredients

6 tablespoon of butter
3 1/2 ounces of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven at 350. Spray 9" baking dish with vegetable cooking spray
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking power, salt. Mix well, add milk, egg, oil.
Pour the butter in the butter dish. Add apples over the tap. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, cinnamon. Mix well. Bring to boil, over low heat, whisking constantly. Apart beat the egg, pour egg into pan and cook for 1 minute, whisking constantly. Remove pan for heat.
Pour cream over baking dish and back to the oven for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and serve.
