6 oz. tuna
3 eggs
¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
2 tbsp dill pickle relish
¼ cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

Place the eggs, tuna and other ingredients in bowl and mix.

(USDA says that chicken salad & tuna salad can be frozen up to 4 months,thaw in fridge)
