1/2 cup soft butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
8 ounce cream cheese
8 ounce Cool Whip for cream cheese mixture
8 oz cool whip to top dessert
2 packages of instant pudding
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan
mix butter sugar and flour together
spread over bottom of the pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
cool
mix powdered sugar cream cheese and Cool Whip together
spread over cooled crust
mix pudding and milk until thick
pour over cream cheese layer
top With cool whip

Use this recipe for thin bars in a 9x13 pan
Double it for a thicker “cake” size 9x13 pan
