3 large Idaho baking potatoes
1/2 cup sliced green onions or sweet onions
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vinegar
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1-2 tsps. prepared mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook potatoes, skin on, in boiling water till tender. Cool, peel, and dice. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Add more mayonnaise, if desired. Chill and serve with sprinkle of paprika.
