1 good sized roast of beef
1 onion
salt
pepper

Directions:

Pick a roast and thaw it. Then sear all sides of it in a hot hot frying pan. Remove from heat and put the roast into roast pan. Pour water over roast (enough to keep from sticking to bottom of roast pan) Sprinkle top with salt and pepper. Cut and onion and put on top. Put lid on and cook ate 200º - 250º for as long as it takes. All day works well. Done at 160º. When done let sit 10 min before cutting.
