Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs pork butt or top sirloin, thinly sliced about 1/4 inch thick
3 shallots, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lemongrass, minced
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. fish sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, adding the pork last.
Using your hands massage the meat in the marinade, ensuring it gets evenly distributed and coats every slice.
Marinate overnight (but even a few hours is okay).
Grill the meat on low to medium heat on your bbq.
Tips: Can use a meat cage or skewers to hold the meat together because it is so thin/fragile.
Michael says your bbq is going to get messy!
Cook until the meat has nice crispy burnt edges, yum!
Serve on a bun with mayo (for added yumminess stir in a tbsp of sesame oil in your mayo).
Or serve on jasmine rice with shredded cucumber and carrots.
