Romaine Lettuce
2 tlbsps. extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, washed, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tblsps. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
6 dashes of hot sauce, if desire
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add olive oil, followed by sliced Brussels sprouts. Cook stirring occasionally for 7-9 minutes till sprouts are slightly charred. Remove from heat and transfer to large bowl. Add torn lettuce and toss.
In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce. Add the dressing to cooked sprouts and lettuce. Toss to combine. (I have used bottled dressing.) Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
