3 pounds stewing beef (cut up)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can red wine
1 package of Lipton onion soup mix
A dash of kitchen boquet
4-6 Potatoes, quartered
4-5 carrots, sliced diagonally
2-3 celery sticks, sliced 1/4 inch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in roaster. Bake for 3 1/2 hours @ 350º. The last hour, add vegetables.

Serve with salad and bread.
