1 can cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken (diced)
2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 can (2 ounce) sliced mushrooms drained (optional)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:

In saucepan, blend soup, 1/2 cup water and shredded cheddar cheese. Heat slowly until cheese melts; stir often. Blend in remaining ingredients. Heat; stir often.
