2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 jar Pace Hot Salsa
1 stick cream cheese (I use 1/3 less fat)
Tortilla chips or Fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Strain the salsa and add the chunky part to cream cheese and corn. It can be served hot or cold. To heat in microwave heat in 1 min increments to desired heat.
