1 2-3 pound chuck roast
1 8 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers
1 package Good Seasonings Garlic Herb Dressing or Italian
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place chuck roast in the crock pot. Mix next ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Remove the roast and shred with a fork. Serve on large rolls with a small bowl of dipping sauce on the side.

I got this recipe from Jennie Cato who uses her crockpot every week. They don't like to eat the peppers on their sandwiches but Pop and I do. You could also use melted cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, any way you like it. The trick is to dip each bite in the broth. So good!
