6 raw potatoes
1 onion
6 raw carrots
1/4 c uncooked rice (not instant)
1 can peas (not drained)
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 lb pork sausage
Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes, carrots and onions together
Mix all ingredients together
Cook covered for 1 hr at 350º
Turn the sausage and cover and cook for 1 more hour
