1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 until golden on top.

I got this from one of the ladies at the Methodist church almost 20 years ago and it is still good. It makes a lot and is great to take to potluck suppers.
