1 lg. box graham crackers crushed (plain or honey)
2 c. sweet milk
1 c. butter
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. black walnuts, chopped

Glaze:
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soak crushed graham crackers in sweet milk until mushy. Cream butter and sugar. Add 4 eggs, unbeaten, one at a time to crackers. Add baking powder and walnuts. Pour into cake pan (16x11.5), batter should be 1.5 inches thick. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Boil together pineapple and brown sugar for approximately 15 minutes or until thick. Pour over cake.
