1 box Lasagna noodles
15 oz ricotta cheese
bag of mozzarella cheese
1 large jar Prego sauce
1 egg
1 1/2-2 lb ground beef
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles, brown beef with onion, drain. Mix ricotta cheese with egg, set aside. Layer 1/2 of noodles in 9 x 13 baking dish, mix cooked beef with Prego sauce, pour half of sauce over noodles. Spread ricotta cheese mix over sauce, spread half the bag of mozzarella over ricotta. Add another layer of noodles ( I only use about 3/4 box in total). Pour rest of sauce over noodles, spread remaining bag of mozzarella cheese over sauce. Cover with foil, bake 375 until warm all the way through and cheese is melted.
