Ingredients: For a 9 " Pie:
1¾ can of mashed cooked or canned pumpkin ½ tsp. salt 1¾ cups Milnot© (or 1¾ cups milk) 3 eggs ⅔ C. brown sugar, packed 2 T. granulated sugar 1½ tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp. ginger ½ tsp. nutmeg ½ tsp. clove

Directions:1. Heat oven to 425º F. (hot). 2. Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer. 3. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. (For crispness, have bottom pastry a little thicker than ⅛ ".) 4. Bake 45 - 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of filling comes out clean. 5. The center may still look soft but will set later. 6. Serve slightly warm or cold. |

Notes: We enjoy this pie every Fall and sometimes again in-between Seasons, too! According to my husband it, "melts in your mouth"! We always serve with a mound of whipped cream,Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream!
