1 c powdered sugar
1 c white sugar
1 c softened butter (2 cubes)
1 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 c +4 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, soda, salt and cream of tartar. Cream butter and sugar, add oil and eggs and vanilla, then add flour mixture. Roll into balls then place on a greased cookie sheet, press down with glass jar dipped in sugar. Cook 10 minutes
