1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta®, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 cup Kraft® Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
½ pound ground round beef, cooked, drained
4 green onions, sliced

1. Combine all ingredients and put into slow-cooker.
2. Cook for 4-5 hours, stirring frequently to ensure all cheese is melted thoroughly and ingredients are well combined.

Serve with crackers, chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
