1 package cream cheese ( room temperature)
1 packet Hidden Valley Buttermilk Dressing Mix
1 8 oz. block - medium cheddar cheese
1 Tb. Sour cream
1/4 C finely chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and ranch mix together and set aside. Grate cheddar cheese and set aside. Blend sour cream mixture, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese together by hand. Form into a ball and chill for 10 minutes. Roll in pecans to coat the outside to your preference. Serve with you favorite crackers.
