1 2/3 thinly sliced carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
salt and seasoning
cubed cooked chicken
Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots in butter over medium heat until tender. Add onion.
Add all ingredients and bring to boil.
Stir in chicken.
Serve with Rice.
