Meatballs:
3-5 Lbs Ground Beef
Small Sweet Onion
Garlic
1 C. Rice Crispy Cereal
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 Egg

Sauce:
Large Container (plus leftover from the regular size) Sour Cream (buy a large and regular size)
Large Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Meatball ingredients and roll into small balls. Pan fry until almost done

Remove most of the grease from the pan leaving some grease and the bits of meat

Add soup, mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Mix in sour cream. Fold in balls

Serve with egg noodles
