Pie:
1 pkg prepared pie crust or make your own
2 cream cheese 8 oz
1 can pumpkin 15 oz
1 c brown sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Topping:
1 8 oz cool whip (thawed)
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 c milk
Directions:

Pie:
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add pumpkin and beat until mixed well. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Prepare your pie plate with crust add pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350º approximately 1 hour.

Completely cool pie.

Topping:
Mix all ingredients and pour over pie. Use remaining cool whip to garnish. Refrigerate and enjoy!
