2 pounds chuck steak, cubed
1 pound lean hamburger
1 pound lean pork, cubed
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (12 ounce) can beer - goes in the chili, not the stomach....
1 (28 ounce) can pinto beans (optional)
1 (28 ounce) can kidney beans (optional)
2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1-6 fresh jalapeño, you choose the temperature
2 onions, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
2-3 Anaheim green chili peppers, diced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
- Brown all meat in oil.
- Add garlic, jalapeño, onions, bell pepper and green chili.
- Sauté until garlic is browned.
- Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
- Stir and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer for 90 minutes on low, stir occasionally.
- Add water if necessary.
- Skim off fat prior to serving.

Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and corn bread.
