1 cube butter, melted
8 ounces sour cream
1 can whole corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 egg, beaten
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add muffin mix, mix until lumpy. Pour into greased 2 quart pyrex dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
