Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pound mild Italian sausage, 1/2" slices
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large onions, chopped
1 (28 ounce) can Italian style tomatoes
3 cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups dry red wine
1/2 tsp. dried basil
3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
5 ounces medium sized bow tie pasta noodles

Directions:
Directions:
- Cook sausage until brown, (set aside).
- Cook garlic and onions in grease from cooked sausage.
- Add sausage back into pan.
- Stir in tomatoes, (with juice).
- Add basil, beef broth and dry red wine.
- Bring to a boil, simmer 20 minutes.
- Stir in parsley, green pepper, zucchini and noodles.
- Cook 25 minutes until noodles are done.

Serve with Bread & Salad
