3 eggs
1 c milk
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Beat eggs until frothy, then beat in milk and oil. Add flours, salt and beat until smooth. Pour batter into 12 well greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake 35 min or until puffed or brown. Serve with cream cheese, jelly or jams.
