⅓ cup butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
⅛ tsp. Cajun seasoning
8 ears of corn
8 sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on sheet of foil, leaving a 1 inch border on all sides. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and seasoning. Place corn in the center of foil and wrap; twisting ends to seal.
Cook with grill lid closed; over medium hot coals (350º-400º) for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired degree of tenderness.
