1 box of cake mix (any flavour yellow, spice etc)
1 small can pumpkin
1 Cup chopped vanilla squares (you can use white chocolate chip or bakers white chocolate and shave off chocolate)
1/2 Tbsp Pie Spice (I have also use pumpkin spice) (add more if you want)

Mix together
Bake 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes depending on your oven

I use mini muffins as they do not turn out the best in the large muffin tin
