1 doz. large eggs
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2-4 tbsp. pickled jalapeno slices, minced
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs in 3 inches of water in single layer of a steel pan. Boil 1 minute. Cover and let sit 10 minutes. Peel and slit eggs lengthwise, and scoop out yellow into small bowl. Add above ingredients and mix well. Spoon back into egg halves. Place on platter and chill.
