3 c all purpose flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
6 tbsp. powdered Buttermilk
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 c milk
1 c water
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and make a large hole in center of mixture.
2. Add remaining ingredients into the hole and use whisk to gradually beat in the dry stuff.
3. let rest a room temperature for 45 minutes then mix again.
4. Heat iron skillet over medium heat. Droplets of water should bounce. Add a little oil. Use 1/3 c batter per pancake.
