1 (8 ounce) pkg of Cream Cheese, softened
¾ Cup butter, softened
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2¼ Cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ Chopped Pecans
½ tsp Vanilla

Strawberry or Blackberry Preserves (or Jam)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.

Add flour and soda; mix well.

Add pecans and vanilla, mix and chill for 30 minutes

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ngreased cookie sheet. Indent centers; fill each with 1 tsp preserves

Bake at 325ºF for 14-16 minutes or until light golden brown.
