1/2 cup softened butter — not whipped butter or margarine
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco sauce
1 cup sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients except the flour. Blend in the flour and knead. Form the dough into two long smooth rolls 1 inch in diameter. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350. Unwrap the cheese rolls and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place them on a cookie sheet, but not too close together. They get bigger. Bake for about 12 minutes.
