2-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 16-oz. package sour cream
1 4-oz. can diced green chiles
1 3.8-oz. can sliced olives, drained
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
14 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients plus 1 cup each of jack and cheddar cheeses.  Put 1/2 cup of the mixture in a tortilla and roll.  Place in 9×13 pans.  Repeat with remaining mixture and tortillas.  Top with remaining cheese.  Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
