2 cans of whole artichoke hearts
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan cheese, roughly chopped
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Use your favorite crackers or toasted bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cut artichoke hearts into ¼ pieces and place into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and cheese.
Blend with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
Place mixture into a Casserole bowl and cook in a preheated oven at 375 º until the surface bubbles and turns brown, approximately 20-30 minutes.
Let cool for 15 minutes and serve with toast or crackers.
